I recently had a tele-visit with Dr. Ferro. Marisa, who took my information and recorded my symptoms was extremely kind and friendly. Dr. Ferro was amazing. He has excellent bedside manner which puts your mind at ease. He was very thorough and took time to explain what was going on! I would highly recommend this practice.

Truly listened and is a caring doctor. His staff is also excellent.. he feels like an old time doctor that cares. You never feel like a number like you do at so many other places.. won’t go anywhere else

First time using Carolina Care and it was amazing. The staff was so nice and helpful. They made me feel at ease. The rooms are nice and I really appreciated the tv while I waited. The doctor listened to all my questions and explained his answers. I didn’t feel rushed at anytime. Not that I hope I have a need to use urgent care often - but if needed I would recommend this place every time
